Today I had more of the carrot-apple-celery juice, after taking a spoon of Mrs Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar, of course. I had a simple green smoothie with spinach, banana, strawberry, peanut butter and coconut water. Lunch was a great vegetable soup that my wife made. My kids and I finished it all. Really good stuff! Drank plenty of water. Dinner was brown rice with some black bean sauce, and some yellow sweet plantains. Simple enough.
Ended my night by having some pineapple! It was so good, but I got filled up rather quickly. So it’s back in the fridge! Nothing like good fruit to top off your day!
